Little Wolf Cape Dry Tonic 340ml

A dry tonic water made with cinchona bark and citrus.

Made using quinine from the bark of the cinchona tree, this tonic is crisp and dry. Cinchona imparts bitterness, an earthy flavour and a beautiful golden colour. Citrus zest, lemongrass and allspice complete this refined tonic, which you can serve with gin – or neat.

Ingredients: water, sugar, citric acid, citrus zest, cinchona bark, salt, lemongrass, lime leaves, allspice. 340ml.
